Please read before ordering!

Each item is being handmade, please accept that there may be very small imperfections. We will not refund / remake for these reasons. If a refund is given due to our mistake, we will NOT refund shipping cost.

Please understand that screen to screen or screen to in person colors can vary we will not refund or remake items unless it is our mistake.

Please allow a 1-2 week turnaround time, turnaround time starts the following Sunday after ordering. The turnaround time could possibly be longer during the holidays or inclement weather or shipping.

We try our best to complete your items as quickly as possible.

Fundraisers - Please refer to the fundraiser for custom turnaround times. Once the store closes, all items are then ordered and not before.

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, orders will not be canceled if the supplies have been ordered.

I offer shipping or local (Amelia Va) pick up. The tracking number will be provided once your item is shipped, after tracking is provided, I am no longer responsible for your item, if not delivered you will need to contact your local post office. If you receive your item damaged, please contact me immediately, with images of the package, item and damage.
